Digital Public Infrastructure Cooperation.

In his Policy Brief on ‘A Global Digital Compact — an Open, Free and Secure Digital Future for All’ PDF the UN Secretary-General calls for common frameworks and standards on digital public infrastructure (DPI). This call reflects the growing interest and investments in DPI and the risks associated with society-wide digital systems. The Office for Digital and Emerging Technologies (ODET) stands ready to support Member States and the global DPI ecosystem in developing strategies and policy frameworks to address the risks associated with DPI and establishing a fertile ground for its transformative potential. How the Policy Network on Meaningful Access (PNMA) Concepts Portfolio effectively contributes to the WSIS+20 Process and GDC implementation, IGF 2025

The 20th annual meeting of the Internet Governance Forum is hosted by the Government of the Norway in Lillestrøm from 23 to 27 June 2025. The Forum's overarching theme is: Building Digital Governance Together. For the past two years, the continuous multi-stakeholder public debate on meaningful access is taking into account the Global Digital Compact, the deliberations from NETMundial+10, and the WSIS+20 and IGF+20 processes. In parallel to positioning the policy network in these discussions, the PNMA aims to assist and advocate with partner institutions/organisations for the implementation of the policy solutions previously identified, while monitoring ongoing experiences and welcoming new practices.
